Privacy Policy
From Possibility to Freedom
Effective date: October 4, 2026
1. Who we are
From Possibility to Freedom (FPTF) is a brand operated by Stephon Guidroz as a sole proprietor, not a separately incorporated company. FPTF Publishing refers to the owner’s publishing activities under this brand. Our current business location is Gardena, California. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit FromPossibilityToFreedom.com, contact us, subscribe to emails, access Reader Resources, purchase products or apply to our Partner Network. For privacy inquiries or requests, contact fptf.contact@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with FPTF, information may include the following.
Newsletter subscriptions: your email address, optional first name, affirmative subscription consent, assigned subscriber groups, signup source and available email-engagement records.
Contact inquiries: your name, email address, reason for contact, message, and optional organization or business details. Our Jetpack Contact form sends notifications to our designated contact email inbox, and Jetpack form handling may retain submitted information and related technical information in the WordPress site’s database. This inquiry form does not subscribe anyone to marketing emails.
Partner applications and agreement acceptance: applicant information may include name, email address, market or organization name, role/title, website or public link, city or region, and application responses. If an approved applicant proceeds to the Partner Participation Agreement, we may also collect the Partner’s typed acceptance name/electronic signature, contact and sales-platform email addresses, the agreement version and acceptance reference, date and time of acceptance, IP address, browser or user-agent information, and related evidence needed to document the acceptance. Partner application and agreement records may be handled through WordPress/Jetpack, notification email, Google services used for business records, and our approved automation workflow. Completing a partner application or agreement does not subscribe anyone to marketing emails.
Purchases: transaction information made available to FPTF by external selling platforms, such as purchase email, product, purchase date, payment amount and related order details.
Technical information: WordPress.com, Jetpack, Akismet and relevant service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, user agents, referring pages, access times and related activity when operating the site, handling form submissions or providing spam protection. Akismet screens submissions to our forms for spam and, in doing so, processes the submitted information together with technical identifiers such as IP address and user agent. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless necessary for your inquiry.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, manage our optional newsletter, deliver reader support, review partnership applications, administer approved partner relationships, maintain transaction and business records, prevent misuse, and operate and improve our website and educational materials.
Submitting an inquiry, purchasing a product or accessing a workbook does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive our marketing emails.
4. Newsletter subscriptions
We use MailerLite to manage FPTF’s optional email newsletter through subscription forms on our Subscribe page and Reader Resources page. These forms collect an email address and optional first name and request affirmative marketing consent. Our configured MailerLite forms use single opt-in. Subscriber groups, signup-source information and available engagement records help us manage communications. Completing a Jetpack Contact or partner application form does not enroll anyone in the MailerLite newsletter.
Email-open tracking is enabled in our MailerLite account. We may use available newsletter-engagement information to understand how our emails perform. Google Analytics tracking within MailerLite is disabled. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. We may retain limited suppression information after unsubscribing to respect that preference.
5. Reader Resources
The public Reader Resources page links to printable and fillable workbooks using separate password-protected Proton Drive links. Newsletter subscription is optional and is not required to access these materials. Proton operates the external file-delivery service and may process information associated with access to its shared links.
6. How information is disclosed
We do not sell personal information, and we do not provide subscriber contact information to unrelated businesses for their independent marketing. We use third-party providers for functions such as hosting, communication, security, spam protection, email subscriptions, external file delivery and purchases. These include WordPress.com, Jetpack, Akismet, MailerLite, Google services for FPTF correspondence and working records, Proton Drive, Gumroad, and Amazon when print purchases become available. These providers may process information appropriate to the features involved. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address security, misuse or legitimate legal claims.
7. Purchases and external services
Digital purchases are processed through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and processes payment, tax and file delivery under its own terms. Planned print purchases will be handled through Amazon rather than a payment-card checkout operated on the FPTF website. We may access purchase records supplied by those platforms for order management, customer support, business records and applicable transaction matters.
Our Gumroad digital product uses PDF stamping to place the purchaser's email address on the first page of the purchased PDF as a redistribution deterrent. The EPUB is not PDF-stamped. Buying a product does not automatically subscribe the purchaser to FPTF marketing.
8. Cookies, security and website measurement
Our website uses WordPress.com and Jetpack services, including site statistics that report visits and visitors. WordPress.com, Jetpack, Akismet, MailerLite and other necessary site services may use cookies or related technologies and process technical information for site operations, forms, spam protection, security and measurement. MailerLite’s subscription forms include Google reCAPTCHA according to our current form configuration. Linked external services, including Proton Drive, Gumroad and contributor websites, operate under their own privacy practices.
MailerLite email-open tracking is enabled, while Google Analytics tracking within our MailerLite account is disabled. Other WordPress.com and Jetpack site statistics are separate from that MailerLite setting. You may manage some technologies through your browser or applicable privacy controls; restricting them may affect site functionality. We take reasonable measures to manage access to information, but no online service is completely secure.
Do Not Track and third-party collection. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals or similar mechanisms. Third-party providers that operate features on this website, including Automattic (WordPress.com, Jetpack and Akismet), MailerLite and Google reCAPTCHA, may collect technical information such as IP address and device or browser identifiers when you use those features, and may be able to associate that information with your activity over time and on other websites under their own privacy policies.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legitimate business requirements and applicable legal obligations. Newsletter details are generally retained while you remain subscribed, with limited information retained afterward where needed to honor an unsubscribe preference. Contact inquiries, partner application records and other business information may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, administer relevant activities and meet applicable obligations. Valid Partner Participation Agreement records, including acceptance evidence such as the accepted version, typed signature, timestamp, IP address, browser or user-agent information and related archived evidence, may be retained as reasonably necessary to document and administer the contractual relationship, support accounting or tax matters, maintain records, address disputes and meet applicable obligations.
10. Your privacy choices
You can unsubscribe from FPTF marketing emails using the link in our newsletters. You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we maintain about you, as applicable. We will consider requests under relevant law, may verify your identity and may apply lawful exceptions.
11. Nevada privacy information
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information by emailing our designated request address, fptf.contact@gmail.com. We do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada law. We will respond to verified requests within the time Nevada law requires.
12. California privacy information
California residents may contact us about their personal information. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, qualifying residents may have rights to know, correct or delete information, to opt out of certain sales or sharing and to exercise other applicable statutory choices, subject to exceptions. We do not sell subscriber email lists or distribute subscriber contacts to unrelated businesses for independent marketing. Processing by our service providers is described elsewhere in this policy. We will not discriminate in ways prohibited by applicable law when individuals exercise privacy rights.
13. Children's information
Our website and general newsletter are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided information that should not have been collected, contact us so we can review the matter.
14. Policy changes
We may revise this Privacy Policy as the website, our services or applicable obligations change. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date, and we will provide further notice when required.
