1. About this website

FromPossibilityToFreedom.com is operated by Stephon Guidroz as a sole proprietor under the From Possibility to Freedom (FPTF) brand; FPTF is not a separately incorporated company. FPTF Publishing refers to publishing activities under this brand. The website provides information about the From Possibility to Freedom books and educational method, companion workbooks, contributor experiences, Reader Resources, and related business and community initiatives. These Terms describe conditions associated with using the website and its materials. By using this website, accessing Reader Resources or purchasing FPTF products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its materials.

2. Educational information

FPTF materials are intended for education and information. They encourage readers to test ideas, evaluate evidence and make their own business decisions. We do not guarantee sales, income, profitability or other commercial results. Business examples and contributor experiences reflect individual circumstances, not promises of comparable outcomes. You remain responsible for assessing your circumstances and obtaining professional advice when needed. FPTF does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

3. Intellectual property and contributor rights

Original FPTF text, illustrations, frameworks, branding and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Contributor stories, business names, photographs, logos and other contributor-owned content remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Appearance on this site does not grant a visitor permission to reproduce or commercially exploit any such material. Nothing here limits use otherwise permitted by applicable law.

4. Reader Resources and workbooks

Reader Resources support individual learning and business planning. Readers with a legitimate printed or digital copy of the book can find the Reader Resources password in the opening pages of that copy and use it to access printable and fillable versions of the companion workbook through the password-protected Proton Drive links on our Reader Resources page. Individual users may download, complete, save and print workbook copies as needed for their own personal learning or business planning. Access to Reader Resources does not depend on subscribing to marketing emails.

An individual-use license does not authorize sharing workbook files, printed copies or access passwords with others, publicly uploading files, selling them or commercially reproducing them. Classroom, institutional, organizational, workshop and other group distribution require a separate written license or other express permission from FPTF specifying the authorized participants, copies and scope of use. Educators and organizations should contact FPTF to arrange appropriate rights; purchasing or accessing an individual copy does not by itself provide group rights. Nothing here restricts uses otherwise allowed by applicable law.

5. Purchases and external checkout

FPTF uses external platforms to process purchases. Digital book purchases are handled through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and processes payment, tax and file delivery under its own terms. Print purchases will be handled through Amazon when approved editions and their actual product links are available. A purchased digital edition includes the supplied PDF and EPUB files for the purchaser’s personal reading and reference. The purchaser may use those files on their personal devices and print their purchased PDF as often as reasonably desired for their own personal use, with no fixed numerical printing limit. These personal-use permissions do not allow the purchaser to distribute the digital files, give printed copies to others, or distribute the separate companion workbook, except where separately authorized or otherwise permitted by applicable law. Please review product descriptions, current prices, included materials and the applicable external platform’s purchasing terms before ordering.

Our purchased FPTF PDF is configured to stamp the purchaser’s email address on its first page as a redistribution deterrent; the EPUB is not PDF-stamped. Digital purchases are final and non-refundable, as stated on the Gumroad product page before purchase, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or is issued by Gumroad under its own terms. If your files are not delivered, cannot be opened or are materially defective, contact FPTF and we will redeliver or replace them or, if we cannot, arrange a refund. These general website Terms do not override mandatory consumer protections and do not create a payment-card checkout operated by FPTF.

6. Contributor profiles and third-party links

Contributor profiles describe individual experiences and information available when their profiles were prepared. Their offerings, availability, links and pricing may change. Links to contributor websites, social media, Gumroad, Amazon, Proton Drive or other external services are supplied for convenience, and those services operate under their own policies and terms.

7. Partner Network

Submitting a Partner Network application does not automatically create an approved partnership or entitlement to referral compensation. FPTF reviews applications manually. The separate Partner Participation Agreement, when approved and validly accepted through an activated onboarding process, governs partner-specific obligations, eligible products, referrals, commissions and other participation terms. These general website Terms continue to govern ordinary website use. On Partner Network matters, the validly accepted Partner Participation Agreement controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. The Partner Participation Agreement is not currently open for acceptance, and no partner rights or obligations arise under it until FPTF provides written approval through the production onboarding process.

8. Appropriate website use

Use this website and its forms for their intended purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access to restricted content, intentionally interfere with website operations, or use FPTF forms to distribute spam or malicious content.

9. Availability and changes

Website content, educational resources, links and services may change as FPTF develops. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date, with any additional notice required by applicable law. Revised Terms apply only to use of the website and purchases occurring on or after their stated effective date, unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how FPTF handles information associated with the website, subscriptions, resources, transactions and applications. Please review the Privacy Policy and contact us with relevant questions.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The website, Reader Resources and FPTF materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stephon Guidroz and FPTF are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business opportunities, arising from use of the website or FPTF materials, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount paid for the FPTF product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a legal claim, please contact FPTF so that we can try in good faith to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. Any court proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes a right to sue where you live, or any other protection, that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
